PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial superlattice nanoparticle of a novel structure having presumably at least by one-digit higher relative permittivity instead of a ceramics particle, in a film capacitor consisting of high permittivity ceramics particles and a low permittivity polymer. SOLUTION: This artificial superlattice nanoparticle is made by alternately laminating not less than two oxides of different chemical compositions on the concentric circle of a spherical nucleus by epitaxially growing not less than two oxides of different chemical compositions on a particle of different chemical composition in a solution, and the oxides contain barium titanate or strontium titanate, and diisopropoxide diacetylacetonate (Ti(iPrO)2(AcAc)2, TPA) is used as the source of titanium of the oxides.
