<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an energizing state by maintaining the stable contact state of a contact chip to a wire to be fed matched with the progress of thermal spraying. <P>SOLUTION: The contact chip 15 has a structure provided with a body part 20 and a wire feed hole 21 passing through in the axial direction of the body part 20. Also, the wire feed hole 21 is formed in a straight hole shape at an entrance part 21A and an exit part 21B, and the middle part 21C of the entrance part 21A and the exit part 21B is formed in a recessed and projected shape wherein the wire 3 comes in contact.
