PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of avoiding pressure imposed on resources of a SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) server and transmitting of a TLS (Transport Layer Security) session request from the SIP server to a SIP terminal. SOLUTION: The communication systems 1 includes a SIP server 11 and a SIP terminal 12 connected each other through an IP network 13. The communication systems 1 includes: a SIP server side connection manager 110; and a SIP terminal side connection manager 120. The SIP server performs a TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) connection to the SIP terminal by the SIP server side connection manager 110, when a SIP request is transmitted from the SIP server to the SIP terminal. The SIP terminal establishes a TLS session dynamically to the SIP server by the SIP terminal side connection manager 120 when the TCP connection with the SIP server is established. The SIP server side connection manager 110 detects that the TLS session is established, and then, transmits the SIP request to the SIP terminal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
