<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep constant the input/output current of an output terminal even when the voltage of the output terminal is low. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A current mirror circuit includes: a first constant current circuit which is connected to a first power source and outputs a first constant current; a second constant current circuit which is connected to the first power source and outputs a second constant current; a first transistor through which the first constant current flows; a second transistor through which the second constant current flows; a third transistor connected in series to the first transistor between the first transistor and the second power source; and a fourth transistor connected in series to the second transistor between the second transistor and the second power source. Control terminals of the first and second transistors are connected to a node to which the second constant current circuit and the second transistor are connected.
