PURPOSE: A rice hulls artboard and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have functions which are suitable for a purpose such as a water resistance property, a fire-resistant property, and an antiseptic property. CONSTITUTION: A rice hulls artboard and a manufacturing method include a pressurizing process, a cooling process, and a detaching process. A rice hulls improves an adhesive property in order to improve cellulose enforcement, flexibility, fire retardant characteristic, and antiseptic. The rice hulls and the combination composed of the curved surface facilitate. It metamorphoses to the foliaceous resin of the thin film in order to get near to the rice hulls specific gravity. It adheres to the rice hulls and the predetermined rate of having the adhesive property combination.
