<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a quality feeling and a touch feeling by preventing generation of a raised portion on a part of a surface of a foamed body after foam-molding. <P>SOLUTION: An instrument panel 10 as a resin molding with a foamed layer has a base material 100 (a first resin member) having an opening 110, and an airbag door 200 (a second resin member) including a body 210 and a cover 220. The instrument panel 10 has an engagement part 250 mounted on an elastic claw 240 of the body and having a plurality of grooves 251 with which the tip end 121 of a tongue 120 engages. The airbag door is raised by engagement of the tip end of the tongue with one of a plurality of the grooves. By pushing-in the airbag in the state, the tip end of the tongue engages with other grooves contiguous to the one groove to hold the airbag door at a position where the surface 201 of the airbag door is close to the surface 101 of the base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
