PURPOSE: A novel water-soluble betulin derivative, a manufacturing method thereof, and a cosmetic composition thereof are provided to improve the elastine lysis inhibition back skin senile inhibition effect by improving the collagen synthesis. CONSTITUTION: A Polyethylene glycol monoethyl ether(mPEG(1K)-OH, 100mg, 0.1mmol), tosilate chloride(23mg, 0.12mmol), and triethylamine(0.07mg, 0.5mmol) are melted to dichloromethane(DCM,8ml). The chemicals are reacted for 24 hours at room temperature in nitrogen gas. After the reaction, the reacted solution is condensed by reducing pressure. The solution is deposited by pouring to diethyl ether after melting using at least amount of dichloromethane. |
