A control cooperation scheme and network system of the same allowing for automatic and stable operation of a network in which connection-oriented communication and connectionless communication are mixed. The network communication system includes a connectionless communication network and a connection-oriented communication network. Each communication apparatus (120) that this communication network consists of includes: a means for transferring in-band control information, which is switched in-band of the connectionless communication network, to other communication apparatuses through a virtual control link created on an IP control network, which controls the connection-oriented communication network, and switching in-band control information with the other communication apparatuses; a means for judging the creation of a new connection for a connection-oriented communication network, based on the switched in-band control information; and a means for creating a new connection for the connection-oriented communication network. |
