<p>Disclosed are a cushion panel with an excellent shock-absorbing capability and an enhanced appearance, and a bag having such a cushion panel. The cushion panel comprises: an outer film; an inner film, wherein a closed space is formed between the outer film and the inner film; and a plurality of cushion cells arranged by bonding the outer film and the inner film along a line, and which divide the closed space. The cushion cells arranged adjacent to one another have paths formed therebetween so as to enable the cushion cells to be in communication with one another.</p> |
