<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a proper tag is attached to a nuclease, the nuclease is removed from an enzyme reaction system by utilizing the tag, and only a synthesized target protein molecule is obtained in a form without containing a nucleic acid molecule. <P>SOLUTION: The nuclease comprises an amino acid sequence obtained by adding a polyhistidine composed of two to 10 histidines to the carboxy terminus of an amino acid sequence having a specific amino acid sequence. The method for regulating or finishing the decomposition reaction of the nucleic acid comprises decomposing the nucleic acid in a solution by utilizing the nuclease with the added tag to reduce the molecular weight, and adding an insoluble carrier specifically recognizing and binding with the nuclease with the added tag in the midway or after the finish of the decomposition reaction to remove the nuclease from the solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
