PURPOSE: A tape attaching device is provided to reduce an error rate of a work by simultaneously performing horizontal movement and vertical movement of a second bonding part. CONSTITUTION: A tape attaching device comprises an upper tape feeding part, a lower tape feeding part, a first bonding part(20), a second bonding part(30), and a cutting rod. The upper and lower tape feeding parts supply tapes attached on a piece. The first bonding part attaches the piece on an upper tape(2a). The piece with the upper tape is attached on a lower tape(2b). The second bonding part cuts the upper and lower tapes attached on the piece. The cutting rod attaches and cuts the tape.
