FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: threaded connection of two parts consists of connected parts 1, 2 and washer 6 with coaxial orifices and also threaded rod 3 and components, for example nuts 4, 5 to ensure interaction of rod ends with connected parts and their pressure to each other. The invention is characterised with rod 3 installed in the orifice of part 2 with a gap bigger, than in the orifice of part 1; while washer 6 is installed between the connected parts. At least surface of washer 6 contacting part 2, in the orifice 29 of which there is installed rod 3 with a big gap, is equipped with a pointed tooth positioned along a spiral line, coils of which are wound around centre of the orifice of the said washer. Washer 6 is made out of material of higher hardness, than material of part 2 in the point of its contact with washer 6. The connection is preferred where a sharp edge of the tooth of washer 6 is twisted along Archimedean spiral. ^ EFFECT: threaded connection is protected against mutual displacement of connected parts and from bend of threaded rod under effect of radial and tangential cross forces. ^ 15 cl, 12 dwg |
