PURPOSE: A method for generating an uplink bandwidth channel signal and/or a method and an apparatus for transmitting the same are provided to improve cell-coverage by dividing the uplink bandwidth channel signal. CONSTITUTION: A preamble symbol part(110) is composed of three preamble sequences. The preamble symbol constitution part includes a sequence selecting part(112) and a preamble scrambling part(114). A data symbol constitution part(120) constitutes data symbols by block-channel coding and modulating second information bits. A data symbol part includes a channel encoding part(124) and a modulating part(126). A mapping part(140) multiplexing the preamble symbols and the data symbols in order to map the preamble symbols and the data symbols in three tiles.
