PURPOSE: A safety cover and a safety interior cover having many functions are provided to have a structure which can be disassembled or assembled conveniently, thereby conveniently protecting everyone and from electricity. CONSTITUTION: A spring(11) is combined by inserting a loop(12) into a first hole(8) and a second hole(7) of a socket. A safety cover and a safety interior cover has an easy to open structure by the pressing(locking) of a button(9). A cover has two or more structures. The cover is variously controlled by choices from a user.
