摘要 PURPOSE: A device for measuring plastic deformation of amorphous alloy is provided to improve amorphous alloy properties by using the properties of a shear band. CONSTITUTION: A device(20) for measuring plastic deformation of amorphous alloy comprises an amorphous alloy sample, platens(26a,26b), a motor(28), a motor speed controller(29), a micrometer(27), a light source(24), illuminators(25a,25b), an optical microscope(23), and a camera(22). The platens cause plastic deformation of the amorphous alloy sample. The motor moves the platens. The motor speed controller controls the speed of the motor. The micrometer controls a distance between the motor and the platens. The light source irradiates light toward the amorphous alloy sample. The illuminators irradiate light toward the inclined part of the amorphous alloy sample. The optical microscope observes a shear band of the amorphous alloy sample. The camera photographs the image of the shear band.
