<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidification dryer for powder and granular materials capable of saving energy in a regenerating process of an adsorption tower of a dehumidifier to dehumidify gas supplied to the inside of a drying hopper and efficiently regenerating an adsorbent in the adsorption tower, and a method of dehumidifying and drying the powder and granular materials. <P>SOLUTION: The dehumidification dryer 1 for the powder and granular materials includes the drying hopper 20 for storing and drying the powder and granular materials and the dehumidifier 30 for dehumidifying gas. The dehumidification dryer for the powder and granular materials further includes: gas dehumidifying/drying circulation lines 10, 11, 12, 13 for making gas exhausted from the drying hopper pass through the inside of the adsorption tower 31 of the dehumidifier to dehumidify the gas, heating the dehumidified gas by a heater 24 and supplying the gas to the drying hopper; and regeneration lines 12, 14 having decompression means 40 for decompressing the inside of the adsorption tower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
