PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method for foamed resin molded article comprising a closing of a movable mold and a fixed mold and introducing air therein and further filling the mold with a foaming resin material through injection, and opening the movable mold to start a foaming reaction to mold into a desired shape, whereby an appearance and plying accuracy to adjacent parts can be improved. SOLUTION: A molding mold 40 is closed and air is continuously introduced into a cavity C of a molded article until a cooling step is started, and a foaming resin material M is filled in the cavity C through injection, a movable mold 50 is opened while air pressure in the cavity C of a molded article is kept under 0.3-1.0 MPa so as to discharge air outside from a sealing part 70 around an outer periphery of the mold, whereby the residue of air in a molded article can be removed to prevent poor appearance and increase plying accuracy to adjacent parts.
