PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage management device and a passage management method, for accurately managing passage of a person in a short processing time. SOLUTION: The passage management device 150 inputs an image including at least the face of a person who passes through a first place in a specific area, detects a face image from the input image, extracts facial feature information from the detected face image, stores the facial feature information, and sorts the stored facial feature information.
