PURPOSE: If a method for inputting a keyword of a file is provided to reduce time and effort necessary for inputting a keyword, thereby preventing degradation of accuracy of searching. CONSTITUTION: Information is extracted from a file by using recognition technology(100). The file applying the recognition technology includes document file, a picture file, a sound file, or video file. By using the extracted information, a keyword is written(101). Repeated information among the extracted information is removed. The generated keyword is given to the file(102). The quality included the keyword.
