PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cleaning apparatus recording and managing information for specifying a cleaning operator, and sanitarily acquiring information for specifying the cleaning operator from the cleaning operator. SOLUTION: A transmitter 60a for transmitting endoscope cleaning operator specific information by human body neighborhood communication is disposed in the human body neighborhood of the endoscope cleaning operator 60. An endoscope 16 is provided with a transmitter 16a for transmitting endoscope individual specifying information by human body neighborhood communication. A receiver for receiving the information transmitted by the human body neighborhood communication is fitted to a foot pedal 23 for opening and closing an upper lid 14 provided on the lower front of the apparatus body 12. When the endoscope cleaning operator 60 steps on the foot pedal 23 in cleaning the endoscope, the endoscope cleaning operator specific information and the endoscope individual specific information are received by human body neighborhood communication.
