PH-RESPONSIVE LIPOSOME

Disclosed is a pH-responsive liposome which can carry a desired substance under an acidic pH environment and can release the desired substance under a basic pH environment. Specifically disclosed is a pH-responsive liposome which is characterized by comprising a cationic amphiphatic molecule and at least either an anionic amphiphatic molecule and/or an amphoteric amphiphatic molecule as constituent lipids, and is also characterized in that a dispersion of the pH-responsive liposome in an aqueous medium has a positive zeta potential under an acidic environment where the dispersion has a pH value of lower than 6.5 and has a negative zeta potential under a basic environment where the dispersion has a pH value of 8.5 or higher.
