PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual transmission excellent in a feeling in shift operation. SOLUTION: This manual transmission has a select outer lever 110 for rotating by receiving a load from a select cable in select operation, a select outer shaft 120 integrally formed with the select outer lever 110, a select inner lever 130 fixed to the select outer shaft 120, an interlock plate 140 engaging with the select inner lever 130, a shift inner lever 160 arranged so as to be relatively movable in the axial direction and relatively nonrotatable around the axis to the interlock plate 140, a shift select shaft 150 fixed to the shift inner lever 160, and a shift detent mechanism 190 arranged between the select outer shaft 120 and the shift select shaft 150.
