PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat speaker, installed on a wall or ceiling of a building, such that a soundproofing device which reduces sounds in an ear-offensive band does not occupy a space other than the speaker capacity. SOLUTION: The flat speaker includes a frame 19 provided with an opening, a diaphragm 20 provided in the opening of the frame 19, and a driving unit installed in the frame 19 and coupled with the diaphragm 20 to vibrate the diaphragm 20.
