<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication technology capable of independently operating reception protocol processing and transmission protocol processing. <P>SOLUTION: A network interface part 51 transmits and receives frames to/from another communication apparatus via a network. A reception protocol processing part 52 performs the reception protocol processing to a received frame received by the network interface part 51, acquires control information, stores the control information including it at least in a control information queue 55, and when data are included in the received frame, stores them in a reception buffer 54.
