摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support design for reducing optical fiber costs when a number of entry candidate houses and a plurality of relay stations are non-uniformly distributed. SOLUTION: An optical splitter arrangement design function (22) of a CPU (10) reads the location information of relay stations and entry candidates from a location information DB (18). A clustering processing function (24) classifies the entry candidates into clusters with the number of clusters (initial value) as Nc under the conditions of the maximum drop cable length and the number of optical splitter branches. In this case, the location of the optical splitter is determined in each cluster. A relay station determination function (26) instructs a Voronoi area calculation function (28) to divide full entry candidates into Voronoi regions by using the locations of the N pieces of relay stations as mother points. The optical splitter in the Voronoic area is connected with the relay station in the same Voronoic area.
