PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for measuring highly accurately the weight of a wheel or an axle. SOLUTION: A weighing device 4 has a weighing stand 6 having a longer size than a tire ground surface length in a traveling direction of a vehicle, measures a wheel weight when the tire ground surface is in the non-contact state with a road surface 2, and outputs a first weight measured value. Second weighing devices 16, 18 have a weighing stand 24 having a shorter size than the tire ground surface in the traveling direction of the vehicle, measures a wheel weight when the tire ground surface is in the contact state with the road surface 2, and outputs a second weight measured value. The weighing devices 4, 16, 18 are arranged along the traveling direction of the vehicle. An operation circuit 14 calculates a weighted average of the first and second weight measured values by imparting a larger weighing factor to a weight measured value of a weighing device having a smaller measurement dispersion, and by imparting a smaller weighing factor to a weight measured value of a weighing device having a larger measurement dispersion, between each weighing device 4, 16, 18, based on a ratio between each measurement dispersion measured beforehand by the weighing device 4 and the weighing devices 16, 18.
