<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic lactic acid bacteria beverage exhibiting sufficient survival of bifidus bacillus even without using a sugar alcohol inferior in palatability and a cost perspective, and to provide a method for producing the beverage. <P>SOLUTION: The acidic lactic acid bacteria beverage contains the bifidus bacillus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, sugar and milks, wherein the sugar and the milks are not fermented by any of the bifidus bacillus and the Lactobacillus acidophilus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
