<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of reducing light and fuel expenses while considering light and fuel expenses fluctuating according to time zones. <P>SOLUTION: The control device includes a light and fuel expense storing section for storing the fluctuating light and fuel expenses changed according to the time zones at each time zone, a basic information storing section for storing basic information indicating the operation performance of a plurality of devices to be controlled, a calculating section for calculating operation cost at a time when the device is operated on the basis of the fluctuating energy cost and the basic information, a comparing section for comparing operation costs of the devices, and a selecting section for selecting the device of the lowest operation cost on the basis of a result of the comparison by the comparing section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
