PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerated resin composition excellent in flame retardancy and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The regenerated resin composition includes (A) a recycled resin containing a first polycarbonate/styrenic alloy resin, (B) a second polycarbonate/styrenic alloy resin, (C) a composite rubber-based graft copolymer which is a core-shell type composite rubber including a core which is a composite rubber containing a polyorganosiloxane rubber component and a polyalkyl (meth)acrylate rubber component and a shell in which a vinyl monomer is graft-polymerized to the core, the content thereof being 0.5 mass% or more and 10 mass% or less based on 100 mass% of the sum of the component (A) and the component (B), and (D) an organic phosphorous flame retardant, the content thereof being 1 mass% or more and 10 mass% or less based on 100 mass% of the sum of the component (A) and the component (B).
