PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress communication loss which occurs, when an obstacle takes place, or when the obstacle taking place at obsctacle solution, to a minimum. SOLUTION: A route ID change processing part 13B releases the blocking of a self-node which is performed by a segment between the self-node and an adjacent node adjacent to the self-node, in response to the reception of route ID change notification and returns route ID restoration notification to one adjacent node, in response to the normal reception of PBDU(bridge protocol data unit) from a route node, and a route ID restoration processing part 13C performs the blocking of an obstacle segment, when the self-node is the obstacle detection mode, in response to the route ID restoration notification.
