<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a vehicle capable of efficiently emitting inside air of a wheel house without requiring an external power. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the cooling device for the vehicle, a first opening 7 which opens in the wheel house 5, and a second opening 9 which comprises a ventilation path in communication with the first open part 7 and is provided on a vehicle body peripheral surface 8 are arranged in a substantial extension line of a velocity vector V of a traveling wind 3 flowing into an upper end 2A of a heating part 2 from an air guide port 6 which guides the traveling wind 3 into the wheel house 5. The traveling wind 3 guided into the wheel house 5 is prevented from being interrupted by the velocity vector as much as possible.
