PURPOSE: A water purifier is provided to suppress the breed of micro-organisms or bacterium by sterilizing water through an electrolysis process without separate external power. CONSTITUTION: A filtering unit(110) filters water. Water flows to the filtering unit through a water purifying pipe(120). A generating module(140) is installed to the water purifying pipe and generates electricity using the water current of the water purifying pipe. The electricity is supplied to a sterilizing module(150). The sterilizing module sterilizes water from the water purifying pipe through an electrolysis process.
