PURPOSE: An adhesive roll tape, manufacturing method and device thereof are provided to enhance the cutting efficiency and to enable an adhesive roll tape to softly rotate when a user grasps and pulls the edge on which adhesive is not applied, to himself. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive roll tape(1) is composed of adhesive and a cutting hole(3). The adhesive is formed on the central part except for at least one edge in a width direction of the tape. The cutting hole is formed along the line of approximately one diagonal direction from one edge to the other edge in a width direction of the tape. When the edge of the tape on which adhesive is not applied is pulled, the angle of the diagonal direction is an angle at which the adhesive roll tape rotates. The adhesive roll tape is rotatably installed on the center of a shaft.
