SHIP WITH IMPROVED DAMAGE STABILITY

PURPOSE: A ship with improved damage stability is provided to improve the restoration characteristic when the hull is damaged, by controlling the water level in ballast tanks installed on opposite sides inside the hull. CONSTITUTION: A ship with improved damage stability comprises a hull(100), a pair of first ballast tanks(211,212,213), a ballast valve, a pair of second ballast tanks(311,312,313), and a ballast pump(440). The first ballast tanks are installed opposite to each other inside the hull. The ballast valve is interposed between the first ballast tanks. The second ballast tanks are installed opposite to each other inside the hull. The ballast pump controls the water level in each second ballast tank.
