PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a water-vein blocking fiber using a mineral composition is provided to use only bamboo charcoal powder composition and the mineral composition to block a water-vein wave. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a water-vein blocking fiber using a mineral composition comprises the following steps: mixing 200g of magnesium powder, 200g of aluminum powder, and 600g of monazite mineral composition, and measuring 1,000g; mixing 600g of bamboo charcoal powder and 900g of graphite phosphate powder, and measuring 1,000g; mixing 1,000g of acrylic coating resinous solution and 30g of tackifier, and measuring 1,00g; mixing all the mixtures from the previous steps with a constant ratio to form a fiber coating resin; and coating one side of a fabric using the resin.
