CHIP AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING FACTOR XIII ACTIVITY

PURPOSE: A method for measuring activity of blood coagulation factor XIII is provided to quickly and easily analyze activity of blood coagulation factor XIII and to use in various diseases tests. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring activity of blood coagulation factor XIII comprises: a step of preparing an array chip in which fibrinogen is fixed on a plurality of spots; a step of dropping reagent containing thrombin, Ca^2+, and 5-(biotinamido)pentylamine with a sample containing blood coagulation factor XIII on a fibrinogen to induce transamidation; a step of introducing an analysis marker to the biotin; and a step of measuring activity level of the blood coagulation factor XIII.
