FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of sealing for columns includes provision of automatic control unit, which comprises software and hardware for automatic operation. Besides method includes provision of pressure sensor intended to detect inner pressure of column and arranged with the possibility to generate pressure signal, which may be tracked down by specified control unit. Besides method includes provision of flow metering device in specified system to measure liquid flow rate at the outlet from specified column. Specified device is arranged with the possibility to generate signal of flow rate, which may be tracked by specified control unit. At the same time application of specified control unit to track down motion of movable adapter in column, comprising hardened layer of substance. Besides method includes using specified control unit to analyse pressure signal from specified pressure sensor and/or flow rate signal from specified device of flow rate measurement to detect reference point, in which movable adapter starts compressing specified hardened layer. Besides specified reference point is detected as corresponding to moment of time, when specified pressure signal and/or specified flow rate signal reduces. ^ EFFECT: development of sealing system for columns and method for sealing of working material, where sorbent layer is produced with optimal compression index, possibility to provide for reproducible and controlled filling of chromatographic columns. ^ 10 cl, 2 dwg |
