<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a semiconductive waterproof tape is provided to effectively manufacture the waterproof tape having a thickness more than two times as the thickness of a conventional waterproof tape due to a cushion unwoven layer and to obtain excellent waterproof effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a semiconductive waterproof tape comprises the following steps: supplying a base nonwoven fabric; spreading carbon and an adhesive to the base nonwoven fabric; spreading a highly absorptive material(125) to the base nonwoven fabric; spreading the carbon and the adhesive to an upper nonwoven fabric; forming an initial waterproof tape by combing the upper nonwoven fabric with the base nonwoven fabric; spreading the adhesive to the initial waterproof tape; and heating the initial waterproof tape and combining the cushion nonwoven fabric with the heated initial waterproof tape.</p> |
