<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for maintaining the stability of a vehicle body during cornering, acceleration, or braking of a vehicle. The objective of the apparatus for maintaining the stability of a vehicle body is to efficiently suppress the rolling and pitching of the vehicle through a simple, cheap mechanical interlocking structure. In order to achieve the objective, the apparatus for maintaining the stability of a vehicle body comprises: a suspension system which supports each wheel of the vehicle to move in a vertical reciprocating motion within a fixed range, and an interlocking device which mutually interlocks the suspension system of each wheel. The suspension system comprises: a control arm of which both sides are coupled with a vehicle body and a knuckle to rotate upward and downward respectively, and a buffer device which releases and reduces external shock transmitted to the vehicle through the wheel mounted on the knuckle. The interlocking device comprises: a rotating body which is coupled with one side of each control arm to rotate; a rotating link wherein one side connects to the vehicle body and the other side connects to the rotating body to rotate the rotating body based on the tilt of the vehicle body; interlocking gears which are installed in the middle portion of the vehicle body to engage each other; and a torque transmitting device of which the left and right sides connect to the rotating body and the interlocking gear to transmit torque, respectively.</p> |
