PURPOSE: A lever type switch for preventing an electric shock in an apartment house is provided to enable a manager to rapidly deal with dangerous situations by outputting a voice alarm through a alarm device when the apartment house is submerged. CONSTITUTION: A connection unit(100) comprises an adapter(110), a connector(120) and a fixing pin(130). The adapter is arranged inside a distribution panel case. A connector is movably arranged on the adapter. The fixing pin fixes the connector to the adapter. A guide protrusion(200) is formed on the distribution panel case. A connection interruption unit is installed on a wall to be positioned under the distribution panel case. An alarm button is arranged on the connection unit. An alarm device is arranged on a wall or distribution board case.
