PURPOSE: An apparatus for polymerizing an inner circulation fluidized bed and a method for polymerizing polyolefin using the same are provided to improve productivity by increasing contact time between polyolefin particles and reactive gas and to be easily operated due to a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for polymerizing an inner circulation fluidized bed comprises: a draft tube(120) which is inserted into the inner part of the apparatus and includes a penetration hole; a partition tube which is located between the draft tube and the sidewall of the apparatus and divides the inner part of the apparatus into an annulus domain and an external domain; a gas diffusion plate(130); and an annulus diffusion plate which is sloped from the external side of the draft tube to the partition tube.
