A water drain siphon device (1), in particular for floor showers and shower trays, has a plastic hollow main body (2), which is formed by a tub (3) provided with a top inlet opening (4), and a conduit (5) which laterally projects from the tub (3) and extends along an axis (A); the conduit (5) comprises a flattened tube element (10) which is wavy along the axis (A), the width thereof being greater than the height in cross section, and the body (2) is internally provided with first and second water seals (41, 42) in series along the axis (A), each water seal (41, 42) being defined between a lower partition (37, 47) and an upper partition (36, 46), opposed and axially staggered to each other.
