<p>The panel (2) has a heating element (20) partly constituted by a refractory concrete (200), and rigidifying units (201) for rigidifying the heating element and incorporated in the refractory concrete. The rigidifying units are constituted by pieces of crushed ceramic, where the pieces of crushed ceramic dimension are in a range between 0.1 and 15 mm. A decoration element (21) comprises a set of wall-tiles (210, 211), where the decoration element is integrated to the heating element by sticking.
