<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device in which a display panel is divided into a plurality of pixel line groups and an electric circuit suitable for switching a signal for every pixel line is provided. <P>SOLUTION: A shift register circuit gives a common signal to respective pixel circuits per pixel line group and has first and second output circuits alternately arranged from one end toward the other. When each first output circuit is put in a first potential state in accordance with a set signal, a signal is outputted to one pixel line group and second output circuits preceding and following the first output circuit in response to the input of a first control signal. Furthermore, when each second output circuit is put in a second potential state in accordance with a set signal from a first output circuit preceding the second output circuit, a reset signal is outputted to the first output circuit preceding the second output circuit and a set signal is outputted to a first output circuit next to the second output circuit in response to the input of a second control signal, and the second potential state is released in response to a reset signal from the first output circuit next to the second output circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
