<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that characteristics may be deteriorated since a plurality of strip lines are just laminated via an insulator layer although a conventional filter can be miniaturized by laminating the insulator layer, strip line electrodes, a capacitance conductor pattern, and a ground conductor pattern, to form a band pass filter inside a laminate in order to reduce the dielectric filter in size, since a dielectric block is formed by bonding two substrates, resulting in large size in the dielectric filter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An insulator layer and a plurality of strip line electrodes are laminated, and a resonator is formed in the laminate. The resonator is formed by laminating the plurality of strip line electrodes so as to face each other via the insulator layer, connecting one-terminal sides of the plurality of strip line electrodes laminated in a laminating direction of the insulator layer with each other, and connecting other-terminal sides of the plurality of strip line electrodes laminated in the laminating direction of the insulator layer to the ground.
