<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulator which prevents impossibilities in a continuous operation of the granulator due to a melting and fusion-bonding because thermoplastic resin film crushed materials have partially a melting point or higher due to the rise of a die temperature in the granulator solidifying and molding the film crushed materials to a cylindrical solid to obtain efficiently the cylindrical solidification molding of a high grade and a predetermined size from the thermoplastic resin film. <P>SOLUTION: The granulator for molding the thermoplastic resin film to the cylindrical solidification molding has an air supply means from the outside of a granulator cover to the inside, and an exhaust means from the inside of the granulator cover to the outside, and further, has a supply means supplying a cooling medium. The practicing of the air supply, the exhaust, and the supply of the cooling medium in granulator operation reduces the temperature rise of the die to the temperature below the melting point to prevent the temperature of the thermoplastic resin film from turning to be the melting point or higher partially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
