<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing black ink which has printing resistance corresponding to that of the conventional carbon black for non-rubber and bluish color tone, and suppresses dry down by mixing a specified carbon black for a rubber with varnish and a solvent, premixing the resultant at 90-140°C, and dispersing and kneading the sufficiently wet carbon black. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing ink for offset printing containing carbon black, a resin and a solvent includes a step of premixing carbon black having dibutyl phthalate (DBP) oil absorption of 80-140 (cm<SP>3</SP>/100g), iodine adsorption of 30-100 (m<SP>2</SP>/g) and sieve residue of≤0.003 wt.%, varnish and a solvent at 80-140°C for 20-300 minutes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
