<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress disordering of color balance depending upon the field angle of a lens. <P>SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes a plurality of pixel units 100 configured to be disposed in an imaging area S in such a way that a plurality of pixels 10 corresponding to different colors are treated as one unit, wherein the amount of shift of a position of each of the pixels 10 in the pixel unit 100 is so set as to differ depending on the distance from a center of the imaging area S to the pixel unit 100 and a color.
