<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variations of transmission bands while securing a large number of CAZAC code sequences when transmitting uplink control channels including acknowledgement information for downlink data channels and/or information indicative of downlink channel conditions are transmitted from a plurality of user apparatuses according to a single carrier system. <P>SOLUTION: The user apparatus includes: a determination section for preparing acknowledgement information for a downlink data channel; a control channel generation section for creating an uplink control channel including the acknowledgement of receipt information; and a transmission section for transmitting the uplink control channel in a prescribed dedicated band if no resources is assigned to transmit an uplink data channel. The uplink data channel includes multiple unit blocks, constituting a sub frame, resulting from multiplication of the same factor with all chips of an orthogonal code sequence for the user apparatus, and a prescribed corresponding relationship is set between assignment information and the orthogonal code sequence so as to derive the orthogonal code sequence from the assignment information of resources to the uplink control channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
