PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid mixing apparatus capable of stably discharging a gas-liquid mixture, in which fine bubbles are dispersed. SOLUTION: The gas-liquid mixing apparatus comprising a liquid supply part 1 for supplying liquid, a gas supply part 2 for supplying gas to the liquid, a gas mixing part 3 for injecting the supplied gas to the liquid, subdividing it as well and dispersing it in the liquid, and a pressure reduction part 4 for reducing the pressure of the gas-liquid mixture in which the gas is dispersed in the gas mixing part 3 successively to the atmospheric pressure from the inflow side to the outflow side of the gas-liquid mixture is formed. The pressure reduction part 4 comprises a flow path 6 for sending out the gas-liquid mixture from the gas mixing part 3, which is formed such that a flow path cross sectional area is gradually reduced from the inflow side to the outflow side of the gas-liquid mixture or the flow path cross sectional area is identical from the inflow side to the outflow side of the gas-liquid mixture. Then, the respective parts of the liquid supply part 1, the gas supply part 2 and the gas mixing part 3 are continuously operated, the gas-liquid mixture is continuously supplied to the pressure reduction part 4 and the gas is mixed in the liquid.
